Challenge
Blog content arrived by email from multiple contributors in inconsistent formats. Turning those emails into published, on-brand blog posts required manual handling for every submission, creating a bottleneck between content arriving and going live.
Approach
We extended our publishing automation to an email-triggered flow. Incoming blog submissions are detected from the inbox, parsed and structured by AI, and transformed into properly formatted blog posts. The pipeline normalizes inconsistent inputs into a consistent published output and pushes it live automatically.
Outcome
Contributors simply email their content; the system handles parsing, structuring, formatting, and publishing without manual intervention - removing the bottleneck between submission and publication.
