Challenge
Region- and country-specific page content needed frequent updates, but every change had to be reviewed before going live. Coordinating incoming update requests, applying them, and routing them for sign-off was manual and error-prone.
Approach
We built a content update agent with a built-in human-in-the-loop approval gate. The agent fetches update requests from email, applies the corresponding page content changes, and routes the proposed update to the internal development team for review. Only after explicit approval does the agent publish the change live. Nothing reaches production without a human sign-off.
Outcome
Content updates move quickly while preserving full editorial control. The approval gate guarantees that every published change has been reviewed, combining automation speed with human oversight.
